Building and Managing the Team

Description: In this session, we will discuss a number of issues in building and managing the team: What is the right set of skills that are needed on a human capital analytics team? How large should the team be?  Should they be “analytics generalists” or “analytics specialists”? These are all questions to be asked as teams are stood up.  

Points for discussion:

• How do you structure roles on an analytics team?

• What skillsets are most important (to start)? As you build?

• How do you keep analytics team members engaged and with your organization?
