Based on the positive reception of my keynote on “HR and Finance in WFP: You Complete Me” at the London 2024 SWP Conference, I have been invited to speak on the topic at the Chicago conference this year. I will discuss how AI can and can’t augment WFP and also discuss the integration of People Analytics in SWP.
