Accelerating the Adoption of People Analytics

Hear results and findings of Amit’s doctoral dissertation research - a mixed methods study of how people analytics transforms organizations’ HR into a more data-driven function. The research is based on a data set of our 200 founding people analytics leaders (the very first people analytics leader in their organization) and interviews with over a dozen founding people analytics leaders.
